Job Title: Payroll Administrator

Pay Rate: $35.00/hr

Duration: Contract Role

Location: Costa Mesa, CA 92626

Duties:

  • Payroll Processing. Run payroll for 50 employees in California two times per month (15th and last day of each month).

Reporting.

  • Maintain spreadsheet reflecting all employees' hiring, payroll, health insurance, employer tax data
  • Produce a commission report monthly reflecting monthly and YTD commission totals per EE
  • Produce an overtime report monthly reflecting monthly and YTD OT per EE
  • Filing/Records. File documents in document management system promptly upon receipt.

Onboarding/Offboarding.

  • Using Paychex online portal, send new hires and terminated employees their documentation for signature and file.
  • Set up new hires and terminated employees in payroll
  • Process any changes to EE payroll (increases, bonuses, terminations, wage garnishments)
