This role calls for candidates living within a commutable distance from our headquarters in Vista, CA, and entails on-site presence 2-3 days a week, specifically on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The compensation package for this position ranges from $72,000 to $85,000 in base salary, accompanied by a potential annual bonus of up to $5,000.

Summary

33 Threads is in search of a seasoned and enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Manager to enrich our team. The ideal candidate is a go-getter with a keen interest in studio fitness and holistic wellness, committed to enhancing our digital footprint and nurturing partnerships with influencers. As the Influencer Marketing Manager, you will spearhead the development, implementation, and supervision of collaborations with influencers, fostering a strong sense of community, and boosting brand visibility and engagement. Your role will be instrumental in expanding a portfolio of wellness brands on a global scale.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an influencer strategy to bolster brand awareness, engagement, consideration, and conversion across the marketing funnel
  • Lead influencer campaigns from inception and pitching to execution, incorporating paid partnerships, organic outreach, and experiential integrations
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with top-tier influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to tailor seeding, ambassador initiatives, and ongoing promotions aligned with 33T's business objectives and values
  • Enhance partner performance and explore new influencer niches & channels
  • Collaborate across Social, Digital, and PR teams to enhance influencer outreach, content, and ensure alignment with brand objectives, leveraging and amplifying content as necessary
  • Elevate branded events with influencer activations and integrations to reach diverse audiences and drive awareness, attendance, and engagement
  • Oversee the day-to-day execution of influencer marketing campaigns, from email correspondence to contract negotiations, campaign setup, content review, and performance analysis
  • Engage in talent contract negotiations, liaising with internal legal teams to establish clear scopes of work, timelines, deliverables, and cost efficiencies
  • Monitor and assess key performance metrics to gauge the effectiveness of influencer campaigns and optimize strategies for maximum impact and ROI, encompassing paid and earned collaborations
  • Manage the budget for all influencer activities, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints for heightened ROI and profitability
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing and social media landscape to foster innovation and gain a competitive edge

Qualifications

  • Hold 3-4 years of relevant experience in managing influencer campaigns, showcasing a blend of strategic, creative, and executional proficiencies
  • Possess knowledge of social media platforms, their best practices, KPIs, and emerging trends across various channels such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Demonstrate leadership in driving creative ideation and campaign execution
  • Capable of conducting campaign reviews and offering analytical insights
  • Showcase a track record of fostering genuine influencer relationships leading to authentic campaign outcomes
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels
