The recruiter will play a crucial role in building a strong workforce that aligns with our company's goals and values.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract qualified candidates.
Implement effective recruitment marketing strategies to promote job opportunities and attract top talent.
Leverage social media, targeted advertisements, content marketing, and employee testimonials to create awareness and interest among potential candidates.
Develop and promote a compelling employer brand that showcases our company's values, culture, and employee value proposition.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Participate in job fairs, career events, and networking activities to enhance candidate sourcing efforts.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.

Experience with proactive recruiting strategies using non-traditional recruiting methods and applicant tracking systems.
