Summary Objective

Under close supervision, performs various manual skilled work in the care and maintenance of water lines and all other aspects pertaining to the water distribution systems and performs duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.

The Water/Sewer Maintenance Mechanic Trainee - Collection must obtain a State of Florida Class B Commercial driver's license within two years after the employment date or separate employment.

A valid Florida Class E Driver's License is required.

This position is represented by the Service Employees International Union.
