ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • Ensure that all orders are picked and packed properly in a timely manner with strong attention to detail
  • Downsize packaging to minimize shipping costs without sacrificing product quality and ensure that the product will be delivered without damage
  • Bill and ship completed orders by utilizing warehouse systems
  • Palletize and load finished shipments onto trailers with provided equipment
  • Safely operate and maintain warehouse equipment to carry out job duties; adhere to all safety training and Company policies
  • Meet or exceed the department standards for productivity and accuracy
  • Maintain a clean work area, including the removal of empty boxes from bins or aisles as needed
  • Unload, receive and stock inventory to fulfill orders as they are processed to ensure a high level of speed and accuracy
  • Communicate with Manager to identify any operational issues or concerns in a timely manner
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fastpaced environment

Starting wage is $24.00/hr and a potential of up to $0.88 in raises every 6 months.
