Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delegate tasks and instructions to operators, carpenters, and laborers to ensure efficient project execution
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Prepare project layouts and determine materials required based on blueprints, sketches, or building plans
  • Ensure work areas are clean and organized, and conduct regular safety meetings
  • Perform carpentry and construction tasks as needed to maintain project schedules

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in the construction industry
  • Ability to travel to job sites throughout North Dakota and northern South Dakota
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $45.00
  • 35-50 hours of work per week
