We take pride in being a comprehensive solution provider for customers' truck and trailer needs. Therefore, our sales representatives should be capable of offering insights on the full dealership offering, encompassing parts, service, body shop, extended warranty, financing, leasing, and rentals.


QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience in B2B sales, preferably within the truck, heavy equipment, automotive industries, or related fields.
- Familiarity with Norwalk, Ohio, and nearby areas is advantageous. Possessing an existing network in the transportation industry is a definite plus.
- Proficiency in identifying customer requirements in a consultative manner and aligning those needs with the relevant features and advantages of a specific product.
- Ability to close deals with a diverse range of customers, from large fleet managers to independent owner-operators.
- Some college education is desirable.
- Mechanical acumen is an added advantage.
- Strong focus on detail, particularly in time management and organization.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and email.
- Experience in handling leads and opportunities through a customer database or CRM system (such as ACT, Goldmine, Salesforce, etc.).
