Homewood Suites by Hilton Frederick is part of the Plamondon Hospitality Partners portfolio and wants to add dedicated individuals to our team. Join us as a Hotel Maintenance Technician and become a crucial part of our success by providing essential support in general cleaning and preventative maintenance of our hotel property.

Availability: 2 Day Time shifts, Friday and Saturday. Times may vary based on property needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize prior experience in general maintenance, including exterior and interior surface preparation, and painting, to maintain the hotel property to high standards.
  • Execute the guest room preventative maintenance and general cleaning program according to the scheduled system.
  • Diagnose and address basic repairs on various equipment, plumbing, and electrical components, such as lamps, cosmetic items, extension cords, vacuum cleaners, and program televisions.
  • Conduct daily property walk-through inspections to identify and address any areas requiring immediate attention, ensuring guest satisfaction and safety.
  • Provide maintenance inventory updates to engineering management as requested or required.
  • Ensure compliance with county health department regulations regarding pool operations.
  • Perform physical tasks including sitting, bending, climbing, standing, reaching, and walking for up to 90% of the workday, and lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 60 lbs.
