Job Overview

Adecco is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Fredericktown, OH. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with production team members to complete job assignments in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Support production with planned and unplanned work activities as assigned.

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, including hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and ladder logic systems.

  • Work closely with team leaders to identify and implement process improvements to increase production efficiency and reduce downtime.

  • Participate in shift meetings and other meetings as assigned to discuss production performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Participate in training activities to improve and master job duties as assigned.

  • Perform robot recovery and support robot training activities as requested.

  • Support new model activities and implement process improvements as assigned.

  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth shift handovers and provide daily performance updates.

  • Complete equipment PMs as assigned and support environmental improvement activities.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Technical High School Education or equivalent experience and education.

  • Minimum of 3 years manufacturing experience utilizing team-based problem-solving techniques.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Plex or other comparable ERP systems.

  • Mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of mechanical systems.

  • Strong trouble-shooting and diagnostic skills.

  • Ability to define problems and resolve them quickly.

  • Familiarity with OHSA regulations.

  • Ability to work well with ever-changing priorities and situations.

  • Self-starter with a positive can-do approach and attitude.

  • Positive, uplifting, and respectful individual.

  • Understanding of technical drawings, including hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and ladder logic.

  • Good time management skills and discipline to self-prioritize daily activities.

Adecco offers a competitive hourly rate of $26.00 per hour.
