Job DescriptionJob DescriptionScion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an Executive Assistant for our client, a San Francisco-based multi-strategy investment firm This is a hybrid, temp to hire opportunity that will turn into an amazing perm opportunity for the right candidate Our client is offering an incredible career opportunity to work hands-on with a passionate team

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Arrange travel and accommodations
  • Review and manage executive expenses
  • Monitor physical mail and flag important items
  • Serve as the primary contact for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands
  • Oversee relationships with vendors, service providers, and the landlord, ensuring timely invoicing and payment
  • Conduct contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and for office leases
  • Actively participate in the planning and execution of company events
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Stellar interpersonal skills and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Resourceful team player, with the ability to also work independently
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelorâ?TMs degree preferred
  • Bilingual or business level Mandarin preferred
