What You'll Do:

  • Assist the HR Manager in personnel administration, implementation of group HR policies, staffing issues, and industrial relations.
  • Propose and deploy action plans to drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage personnel files and employee documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Play a pivotal role in weekly payroll duties and reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conduct seamless new hire enrollments and onboarding processes.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to payroll and benefits.
  • Track training data for all departments and prepare insightful reports.
  • Administer FMLA/STD and track relevant data (US only).
  • Facilitate HR correspondence and plant communications.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and coach to supervisors, assisting them in understanding and enforcing company policies.
  • Manage social committee activities and events to foster a vibrant company culture.
  • Take on other HR initiatives as assigned by the Site HR Manager or Site Plant Manager.
  • Participate in training or Health Safety & Environment (HSE) issues if necessary.
  • Administer the Training Plan to ensure employee development and compliance.
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR within an industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR information systems.
  • International mindset with a results-oriented approach.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
