We are seeking a skilled Distribution Price Analyst to join our team at KEMET. As a key member of our Americas Sales Team, you will play a critical role in building and enhancing customer relationships, optimizing quote response time, and maximizing revenue potential in quoting and other aspects of the position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with distributors to provide optimal price and delivery quotes based on customer requirements, market, and strategy.
  • Research and prepare major distribution quotes and pricing agreements.
  • Manage quote conversion to SFSD and take an active role in gross to net activities at the part number level.
  • Track quote conversion to order and analyze won/lost business opportunities.
  • Share interactions and involvement with customers that require Sales attention.
  • Conduct conference calls and meetings with the Sales Team and management to review account performance levels, quote response time, wins/losses, and leaner processing methods.
  • Maintain product knowledge, KEMET's Distribution Pricing system, and Oracle.
  • Participate in process improvement projects to create next-generation quoting platforms.
Requirements
  • Achieve and maintain rapport with KEMET's distributor partners and provide unparalleled service.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Possess analytical ability to provide optimal price quotes and understanding of KEMET's part/product offerings.
  • Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and be capable of working independently with minimal direction.
  • Experience and ability to excel working in a team environment.
  • Analyze problems and determine solutions.
  • Broad knowledge of business administration.
  • Convey a positive, competitive, and self-motivated attitude.
Education and Experience
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience and/or an AS degree in business.
