Job Description

**Job Summary**

The Customer Care Relationship Specialist is a key member of the Essential Cabinetry Group team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences for our valued Dealer Partners. This role requires a unique blend of technical skills, business acumen, and interpersonal expertise to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Dealer Partners to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
  • Order Management: Enter and verify customer orders into our order processing system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Communication: Collaborate with Partner Dealer Response Specialists to compile and prioritize customer orders, and communicate effectively with customers regarding order status and any issues.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and account information in our database.
  • Quality Control: Verify entered customer and account data for accuracy and completeness, and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures, and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in computer applications, including order processing systems and database management software.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
