Responsibilities

The Manager - Talent Acquisition will provide management, oversight and direction to a team of Talent Advisors as they network, source and build a pipeline of candidates for positions ranging from executives to front line staff with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, quality of hire and consulting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manages, and motivates a team of Talent Acquisition professionals consisting of recruiters and sourcing strategist to drive strategic business partnering initiatives
  • Responsible for resource allocation, coaching, performance management and employee development
  • Partners with the Director, Talent Acquisition to gather and manage financial costs/value data regarding all costs associated with talent acquisition
  • Works closely with hiring managers, entity executives, COE leaders and HRBP's to assess talent-staffing needs within their region
  • Provides regular reports to Director, Talent Acquisition and Business Partners on key recruiting metrics such as new hires, recruiting cycle time, cost per hire and quality of service
  • Collaborates with Compensation and HRBP's to create a competitive pay packages for all levels of talent
  • Collaborate on the development of effective on boarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are successfully acclimated
  • Partners with Recruiter and hiring managers to understand the needs of the team and build effective sourcing solutions including researching and recommending new recruiting partners, organizations and job boards
  • Manages LinkedIn and Lever recruiting platforms; post jobs, source candidates for open roles & opportunistically; build a network of talent
  • Drives strategic partnerships with diversity recruiting partners
  • Works and help to strategically build out pipelines of diverse talent
  • Work with sourcing coordinator to engage and build relationships with clinical programs
  • Organizes and maintain current recruiting agency strategy; make strategic recommendations on agency sourcing partners
  • Continually seeks new sourcing options and industry relationships; develop creative approaches to delivering candidates
  • Provides weekly reporting and Talent Acquisition scorecards
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the entire hiring process
  • Establishes goals and ensures adherence to company policies and procedures
Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant and equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years sourcing agency recruiting experience; experience with sourcing techniques, including creating Boolean strings and keyword searches
