Position Overview:
Join our team as a Recruitment Specialist responsible for talent acquisition efforts. Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs, develop strategies for attracting top talent, and streamline onboarding processes. Drive recruitment initiatives while ensuring compliance with best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process, utilizing diverse channels like social media, networking, and job boards.
  • Collaborate with managers to assess recruitment requirements.
  • Conduct behavioral interviews and ensure adherence to established interview procedures.
  • Create and implement a talent pipeline strategy using innovative tools and practices.
  • Manage background check process to meet company standards.
  • Monitor and control recruitment budget, maintaining cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinate job placements for various service areas.
  • Maintain position control and compile recruitment reports.
  • Propose enhancements to employment policies and procedures.
  • Analyze recruitment trends and provide insights for improvement.
Talent Retention:
  • Support internal job bidding process, providing guidance to managers.
  • Suggest retention and engagement programs.
  • Consult with management on staffing trends and interview coaching.
Customer Service:
  • Prioritize exceptional service for all interactions.
  • Adapt positively to changes and display flexibility.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ensure accurate payroll and financial data submission.
Qualifications:
  • High School/GED required (Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred).
  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience.
  • Proficiency in social media for recruiting.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent analytical skills.
Work Characteristics:
  • Knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and public relations.
  • Ability to handle routine and sensitive issues.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective prioritization and time management.
  • Adaptability to meet strict timelines.
  • Ability to assess, evaluate, and monitor relevant areas.
