The Role:
As a Field Research Manager, you will lead a team of researchers in capturing data to support CoStar Group products. Your responsibilities will include managing the team's production and quality standards, ensuring deadlines are met, and providing coaching and mentoring to enhance performance.
Responsibilities:
- Build, train, mentor, and coach a team of 8-10 field researchers.
- Review team's production against KPI metrics.
- Demonstrate best practices in data collection and time management.
- Evaluate data quality and provide feedback to team members.
- Create growth action plans and maintain team engagement.
- Communicate effectively with employees and internal partners.
- Travel within the region and occasionally to the Richmond, VA office.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited University or College
- 3-5 years' operations management experience
- Leadership and management skills
- Proficiency in Excel and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
