Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive on the service drive
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and/or area
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Set follow-up appointments for next service visits
