About Us: We are a concierge medicine practice dedicated to providing personalized and high-quality healthcare services to our patients. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Lead Caller. This role is perfect for a semiretired person or someone looking to supplement their income with a flexible, part-time job.

Job Description: As a Lead Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential patients from a list of leads provided by us. Your primary goal will be to encourage them to sign up for our concierge medicine services. This is a part-time position with the potential to grow as the practice expands.

Responsibilities:

  • Call leads provided by the practice.
  • Explain the benefits of concierge medicine and our services.
  • Answer any questions potential patients may have.
  • Schedule follow-up calls or appointments as needed.
  • Maintain a record of calls and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with potential patients.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Prior experience in healthcare marketing is a must.
  • Reliable and self-motivated.

Work Schedule:

  • This is not a full-time or 20-hour weekly job.
  • Expected initial hours up to 4 hours a week.
  • The job starts with just a few hours a week, with the potential for growth based on performance and practice needs.

Compensation:

  • $30/hour
