What we're seeking:
The Multifamily Customer Success Representatives will be key players in our Multifamily (MDU) Sales Team, driving penetration and profitability in this segment. Your role involves being the main point of contact for customers, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring client success and revenue growth. You will work both from home and in the office, with the hub located in Long Beach, CA or Hartford, CT.

If you are a dynamic sales professional who excels in a fast-paced customer success environment, delivering exceptional solutions to customers, this is the role for you. You should have a strong business acumen, a competitive spirit, and a track record of exceeding sales targets in B2B and B2C settings.
What you'll do:
- Understand customer needs and maintain positive relationships through regular communication
- Ensure customer success, meet KPIs, and achieve sales targets
- Cultivate relationships with clients to maximize revenue and satisfaction
- Educate customers on product features and best practices
- Manage client relationships and resolve issues efficiently
- Identify upselling opportunities and support regional sales efforts

What background you should have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years' experience in account management and customer success
- Knowledge of the Multifamily (MDU) marketplace and fiber-based telecommunications
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory
