Job description

We're looking for an energetic, organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant who thrives in an ever-changing, high-energy environment, ready to tackle anything and everything to keep our CEO's life and business flowing smoothly. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask effectively, have project management experience, and a strong ability to complete tasks independently.

Responsibilities: Imagine yourself as the right hand of our CEO, a dynamic chiropractor and mom to an energetic 2-year-old. She's all about fun, but when it comes to work, she means business As we gear up to open more locations over the next few years and launch a new podcast, we need someone who can anticipate her needs before she even has to ask.

You'll dive deep into our marketing efforts, helping to mold our brand and make genuine connections with our community. You'll also keep our business and personal finances streamlined and improve our processes to boost efficiency and productivity.

While you won't directly manage anyone, you'll often be the go-between for our CEO and other team members, ensuring everything meets her high standards. You'll collaborate with various teams to get projects across the finish line, foster a culture of transparency, trust, and cooperation, and support your colleagues to ensure everyone is pulling in the same direction.   • Email management & correspondence, phone calls
  • Weekly newsletter campaigns, marketing outreach campaigns to local influencers and wellness companies
  • Event planning and coordination
  • Podcast management: topic research, episode outlines, guest outreach and coordination, managing editing team, publishing episodes and sharing on socials
  • Social media: Topic research, content creation, and engagement on YouTube, TikTok, IG, Pinterest, Threads, Linkedin for the office and personal brand
  • Moderating and engaging with a private online community
  • Schedule meetIngs and handle calendar
  • Help build SOPs and organize professional documents
  • Support the CEO with personal duties such as kid pick up, laundry, errands, food prep, home office needs, decor and shopping support
  • Plan travel, accommodations, etc when needed
  • Additional tasks and responsibilities as needed with ongoing business growth
