Waltonen is actively seeking a Software Account Manager to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

The primary objective of this position is to build, grow, and leverage a client base within the Software Sales Group.

Grow new markets for software sales with customers in various markets including automotive and aerospace
Expand sales through direct interaction with customer contacts
Prepare and present responses to RFPs, RFIs, and unsolicited proposals
Achieve company revenue goals
Develop and implement strategic plans for the market segment
Cultivate strong customer relationships
Maintain and expand client relationships through the delivery of high-quality customer service
Prepare for and attend monthly sales review meetings
Deliver professional sales presentations
Attend trade shows as appropriate
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Software Sales background required – preferably in the selling of the Siemens suite of products
Superior sales ability, management skills, and leadership qualities
Excellent verbal and written skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Financial, business planning, presentation and negotiation skills a must
Solution selling experience required
Solid understanding of PLM – Product Life Cycle Management
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Ability to work independently and complete duties and projects with little direct supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the Internet
