  • Delivers operational excellence by monitoring and implementing standards and programs
  • Ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Oversees site utility systems and vendor management
  • Interacts with Client Management to identify service expansion opportunities
  • Manages performance for Facility and Maintenance Supervisors and employees
  • Develops forecasts, manages budgets, and ensures compliance with contract obligations
  • Utilizes operational management tools effectively

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of maintenance management experience required
  • License(s) for heating, piping, and cooling work preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred
  • Knowledgeable about regulatory compliance requirements
  • Strong leadership, P&L experience, and communication skills
  • Proficient in building systems maintenance, including HVAC/R
  • Strong analytical and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
  • Adaptable to changing environments
