Job Description:

ATX Solar is seeking a professional and adaptable Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Hutto, Texas.

In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting both our sales team and sales management teams by managing a variety of essential tasks that contribute to the efficiency and success of our sales operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and preparing detailed sales proposals.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for our sales team.
  • Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain our customer database accurately.
  • Provide support in managing client accounts and ensuring all client needs are met.
  • Support the sales team and sales management with various administrative and operational tasks.
  • Display flexibility and a willingness to adapt quickly in a growing and evolving industry.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other data entry software.
  • Proficiency in sales support functions including account management and customer service.
  • Fluency in Spanish is advantageous for communicating with a diverse customer base.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams effectively.

Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour

Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
