As a full-time member of the Branch Sales and Service Regional Resource Team, you will engage in proactive sales and customer service initiatives, including processing transactions, promoting banking products, and identifying referral opportunities. Key Responsibilities
  • Enhances the customer experience by recognizing opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and foster loyalty while increasing the share of wallet. Engages in proactive sales and service interactions to identify referral opportunities and collaborates with partners to expand customer relationships.
  • Facilitates proactive sales discussions through both internal and external communications, following a defined sales methodology that includes outbound calling, service-to-sales transitions, and effective lobby engagement to enhance client loyalty.
  • Builds customer loyalty and increases share of wallet through a unique customer experience. Conducts lobby engagement activities to connect with clients and effectively position PNC products to meet their financial needs.
  • Utilizes product knowledge and procedural expertise to identify, address, and resolve customer issues efficiently, thereby driving customer loyalty.
  • Mitigates risk by adhering to all established policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within defined limits, and ensuring that daily operations and transactions are executed accurately and efficiently.
