General Position Summary:
Provide clerical support for the Tools Department.
Essential Job Functions:
- AP/AR Support for the Tool Dept.
- Maintains Records- service & repairs of tools.
- Maintains inventory control.
- Hazmat management – coordinating P/U and billing review.
- Tool Room/Warehouse Supply management
- Maintain process documentation for the tool dept & warehouse.
- Provide clerical/ administrative support to the tool dept. & warehouse
- Enter Purchase Orders and coordinate add-ons with AP.
- Manage various functions in Trackvia including ordering, & writing PO's.
- Regular attendance and promptness are considered part of each employee's essential job functions.
Secondary Job Functions:
- Assist with Fastenal invoice review for approval.
- Complete monthly expense report of TR Manager.
Skills Required to Perform the Essential Duties of the Job:
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word).
Supervisory Responsibility:
- None
Education/ Experience Requirements Needed to Perform the Essential Duties of the Job:
- High School diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of warehouse work experience preferred.
- 1-2 years of returns or inventory experience preferred.
Licensing or Other Special Certifications Required:
- Maintain a valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record.
