Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Commercial Site Superintendent at Schrock Commercial located in Goshen, IN. As a Commercial Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of construction professionals.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Site Superintendent or in a similar role in the commercial construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to enforce compliance
  • Proficient in using construction management software
  • Relevant certifications, such as OSHA 30-Hour or First Aid/CPR, are a plus
