Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided at all times and by all departmental employees.
  • Ensure all service calls, and installations are completed as scheduled.
  • Ensure parts ordering, management, and usage is supervised in a thorough manner.
  • Support sales growth by purchasing and refurbishing equipment on an asneeded basis thereby minimizing costs to the company.
  • Develop, supervise, and manage departmental employees, ensuring they reach their maximum potential.
  • Ensure all customers and related equipment are administratively managed including database entries, and tracking of equipment.
  • Review Monthly Reports and report needtoknow information to corporate.
  • Emergency fillin as service technician.
  • Manage branch vehicle fleet to include forklift.
  • Provide operational managerial support to the branch manager.

Pay:
From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
