As a Digital Marketing Professional at Stride, Inc., you will play a crucial role in driving significant revenue growth across our Career Learning and General Education lines of business. We are looking for a passionate individual to enhance the efficiency and scale of our display, paid social, and digital video marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimize paid display, paid social, and digital video campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Paid Media, to execute digital strategies and best practices
  • Monitor campaign performance data to improve conversion rates and ROI
  • Work on creative testing and message optimization with internal teams
  • Implement A/B testing discipline to enhance campaign effectiveness

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of Digital Marketing experience
  • Experience in B2C growth-oriented environment
  • Hands-on experience in paid media, preferably in display and social channels
  • Certifications in Meta (Facebook) Ads and Google Ads are a plus
  • Proficiency in marketing technologies and digital platforms
  • Desire for continuous learning and professional development
  • Ability to travel occasionally as needed
