Currently Seeking Managers for the Following Locations:
- Downtown Minneapolis
Responsibilities include:
- Reporting to the General Manager.
- Managing store operations with a 45-hour work week, mainly during evenings/nights.
- Overseeing restaurant profitability, staff development, food quality, safety protocols, customer service, company image, and adherence to Pizza Luce's culture.
- Supervising, coaching, and empowering a team of 30+ employees to deliver exceptional delivery and curbside service.
- Familiarity with company policies and ability to communicate them effectively to employees and guests.
- Flexibility to work late nights and weekends.
- Acting as the Manager on Duty in the absence of the General Manager.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of Restaurant Management experience overseeing 30+ staff in a high-volume curbside pickup and delivery setting.
- Proficient in delivering excellence in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in staff management, fostering a positive work environment, exceptional guest service, and culinary excellence.
- Experience in full-service dining is highly desirable.
