OverviewThis position provides building custodial maintenance. The Maintenance Team provides set up and changeover of the building from one event to the next.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $14.00 to $16.00.

For PT roles:

Anticipated close date 12/31/2024ResponsibilitiesResponsible for keeping facility at a presentable cleanliness and sanitation level Operate and maintain all cleaning devices Responsible for complete facility changeover as required by the event schedule and facility guidelines Assist with emergency repairs to Arena equipment to ensure the success of a change over Performs craft services such as minor plumbing, minor electrical, minor carpentry, and painting Make scheduled equipment rounds and logs pertinent operating data QualificationsInterpersonal skill necessary to deal effectively with guests, vendors, staff, and other facility users Be reliable, honest, dependable, and punctual Be a self-starter; have ability to take directions, and be able to work with minimal supervision; Be able to work in small and large groups to complete required task within time constraints and in a safe manner Willing to work a flexible schedule, mainly nights, weekends and extra hours as needed: and work in variable weather conditions Be a able to lift and carry equipment and supplies of up to 80 pounds on a regular basis Knowledge of general tools necessary to perform changeovers in the arena Knowledge of all cleaning supplies needed for sweeping, seat cleaning, floor care, restroom cleaning and disinfecting, and wall, and glass cleaning.
