Mission: Marketing Demand Generation Specialist

Join our team as the Marketing Demand Generation Specialist at Digital Software and Solutions (DS&S) Group. As a key player, you'll be in charge of managing global marketing demand generation activities, from campaigns to field marketing and digital strategies.

This vital position requires an expert familiar with modern B2B marketing practices.

You will be responsible for creating and implementing demand generation programs, collaborating closely with the marketing and sales teams, and producing measurable outcomes to fuel growth.

This role offers a distinctive opportunity to make a mark on a leading and rapidly expanding company by establishing demand generation programs, processes, and metrics to propel the organization to new heights.

You'll collaborate with intelligent, dynamic colleagues in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, assess, and refine top-notch marketing demand generation campaigns and processes globally for DS&S.
  • Conceptualize, implement, and refine the marketing/sales lead funnel using industry best practices with a strong focus on evaluation and enhancement.
  • Take charge of the lead generation process and systems - collaborate closely with marketing and sales leadership worldwide daily, ensuring joint objectives for lead generation and sales are met.
  • Supervise the implementation of marketing campaigns for DS&S.
  • Expert in marketing automation and its integration with CRM.
  • Establish programs in the marketing automation tool, integrate them into the CRM system, and analyze and report on the programs.
  • Create innovative marketing programs that generate demand for products catering to the digital transformation and connected consumer analytics software sector.
  • Act as a self-motivated contributor within a streamlined marketing team.
  • Travel up to 15%.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in B2B marketing with 3+ years in a leadership role in demand generation.
  • 3+ years working in demand generation marketing for technology firms in the digital transformation software and/or customer experience/journey analytics software field.
  • Familiarity with the digital transformation and customer experience/journey analytics software market.
  • Advanced knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing, interactive marketing, and global demand generation, emphasizing campaigns, processes, measurement, and analytics.
  • Extensive hands-on expertise with marketing automation tools like Marketo, Act-On, etc.
  • Thorough hands-on experience with CRM tools like SalesForce, etc.
  • Familiarity with marketing demand gen third-party vendors.
  • Analytical mindset with top-tier skills in marketing measurement and optimization.
  • Proactive approach, highly detail-oriented.
  • Ambitious, driven, with a passion for continuous improvement and setting high standards.
  • Strong operational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
