Global Contact Services is currently seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Associates.
We offer a remote position with occasional office presence required.
You must be located within a 50-mile radius of our work location in Long Island City, NY.
We are looking for Customer Care Associates who excel in high-volume call center environments. As an Agent, you will handle customer calls for the New York City Transit Authority's Paratransit Services Team. Your responsibilities include assisting qualified customers with disabilities using the 'Access-a-Ride' program in NYC. Following set guidelines and procedures, you will process reservations, offer travel assistance, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Training lasts for 3 weeks, with 1 week on-site at 3300 Northern Boulevard.
- You are required to have your own computer and phone.
- While the role is remote, occasional office visits may be necessary.
- A quiet workspace at home is essential for uninterrupted phone calls.
- You will undergo Cybersecurity training and install necessary software on your device.
Part-Time and Full-Time schedules are based on availability.
