The Controls Project Engineer/Programmer will be individual contributor roles with some project oversight responsibilities. These individuals are responsible for taking design and programming projects from conception through start-up; assist with estimating and proposal development; interfacing with clients and plant personnel; and thriving in a team –oriented atmosphere.

Requirements/Basic Qualifications:

BS Electrical Engineering or related field. Will consider 2-year degree candidates with extensive programming experience.

Knowledge & experience with machine automation (design & programming)

System development experience, including:

** PLC & HMI development

** Commissioning, startup support and training of plant personnel

** System documentation

Desired/Preferred Experience:

Demonstrated proficiency in Siemens and/or Allen Bradley

Demonstrated experience in HMI development

Demonstrated experience with multiple VFD's or servo systems

Eligibility Requirements:

- Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate knowledge, skills and competencies, along with examples of previous work

- Travel up to 20-25%s
