Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Global Head of PR in implementing the worldwide press strategy across North America
  • Devise strategies, generate ideas, and secure media coverage on national and regional platforms, both in print and digital/social media
  • Supervise day-to-day Public Relations operations, managing a team of three individuals
  • Contribute to the execution of the September show alongside team members and external agency
  • Handle sample requests from national and regional media, in-house requests, and provide assistance for VIP requirements
  • Organize Press Day activities in both NYC and LA
  • Coordinate with talent PR and VIP team for collaborative efforts in seasonal launches
  • Engage with Brand Communications and other departments for successful campaign launches, events, and special initiatives

  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic setting
  • Adapts quickly to new environments, teams, and responsibilities with a proactive approach
  • Exhibits problem-solving abilities while maintaining a polished and professional demeanor
  • Thrives in cross-functional collaborations within fast-paced environments
  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of the fashion media landscape, staying actively involved to leverage industry insights for brand advancement

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in public relations and the fashion industry
  • Prior experience dealing with national press outlets
  • Strong interpersonal skills with established industry connections
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities
