ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Regional Branch Manager at Navigant Credit Union, you will oversee daily branch operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, team collaboration, and compliance with policies. Maximize branch sales, minimize losses, and provide guidance to branch personnel for effective member service.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Ensure daily branch readiness for business operations
- Manage branch maintenance, security, and currency shipments
- Verify transaction balances and address discrepancies
- Supervise staff, conduct sales meetings, and maintain sales campaigns
- Assist members with various financial services and inquiries
- Conduct loan officer duties including application processing and documentation
- Stay updated on industry regulations and new product developments
- Participate in management meetings and community engagement activities
- Perform additional managerial or branch-related tasks as delegated by the VP

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required, BA/BS in Business or Finance preferred

Experience/Skills/Knowledge:
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- 3 to 5 years of branch operations experience
- Strong knowledge of teller, member service, and loan policies
- 2 years of previous supervisory experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage multiple projects
- Sales skills for product promotion and business development calls
- Ability to work in a financial branch environment and utilize standard office equipment
