Vice President of TechnologyFLSA Status: Exempt SUMMARYThis individual will support a variety of technologies and must be able to contribute in multiple areas of the department.
This position provides in-person or remote user support, as well as application troubleshooting, software and hardware upgrades, and various other IT tasks.
Requirements include Bachelor s degree, IT Certification, or 1+ years of relevant experience with a good understanding of networking and IT infrastructure.
A great people person attitude and a strong desire to learn are also required.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Supporting users and systems with troubleshooting and other administrative tasks Perform onboarding training for users on network and email security Assume ownership of customer-facing technologies and handle all aspects of support Research and develop new internal systems to assist with process improvement and overall efficiency Complete special projects and other duties as directed by management Respond to help desk requests from users and manage tickets Install and configure new systems and hardware Replace malfunctioning or damaged hardware Troubleshoot software Test, assess, and learn about updates and new technology Perform Active directory and Microsoft Exchange user maintenance Manage printers, faxes, scanners, smartphones, tablets, and other end user devices environments as needed Maintain inventory and asset management of end user-based IT equipment and softwareQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
