What You'll Do
- Monitor and track the performance of digital media campaigns, including paid and organic media, email, and web.
- Analyze campaign performance and present actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Create dashboards and automated reports to monitor and communicate campaign and website performance in real-time.
- Utilize Google Analytics and other relevant tools to collect and analyze data related to website traffic, user engagement, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.
- Monitor and optimize on-page SEO (title tags, meta tags, images, and text attributes), and develop strategies to improve site score, rankings, links, and web traffic.
- Conduct in-depth market research, including identifying industry trends and competitive landscapes, analyze data, and provide valuable insights to drive strategic digital marketing initiatives.
- Perform all other duties, tasks or projects as assigned
Skills and Abilities Required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in the following marketing technologies preferred:
- Ad Platforms: Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
- Analytics & Reporting: Google Analytics
- Communication: Google Workspace, MailChimp, Asana, Zoom
- SEO: Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs
- Website & Design: WordPress, Google Tag Manager
- Bachelor's degree Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years of prior work experience with similar responsibilities
- Experience working within the educational or healthcare industry preferred
