Roles and ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Ecommerce Site Operations Manager, this role will be a critical member of the Cavender's Ecommerce team, executing operational activities related to the site.

This position will work directly with internal and external teams in addition to 3rd party providers to ensure smooth execution across front end (content upload, site performance, etc.) and back end (fulfillment, site feeds, integrations, etc.), optimizing across performance / service and cost management.

Cavender's ecommerce project execution (including sprint deployments, testing, site enhancements, etc.) will be a key component of this role and there is further potential for additional scope as Cavender's ecommerce ecosystem evolves.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport the "Cavender's Culture" and drive our Mission, Vision, and ValuesExecute on identified opportunities with front end operations (content upload, site performance, etc.) for , working closely with internal/external teams who contribute to these activities on a day-to-day basisImplement improvement opportunities with back-end operations (fulfillment, site feeds, integrations, etc.) for , working closely with ecommerce supply chain and customer service teams as well as directly with 3rd party providersIdentify and apply best practices for website structure and hierarchy, process for order acquisition to invoicing, to include fulfillment and deliveryMaintain end-to-end site operations partnering closely with 3rd party providers and Cavender's ecommerce merchandising and marketing teamsComplete a wide range of ecommerce projects from end-to-end, including site upgrades, 3rd party integrations, and other site capabilitiesHelp shape the future ecosystem of Cavender's ecommerceDemonstrate the company's core values and be a champion of positive change.
