About the Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity to join WLD as the first Senior Technical Sourcer on the recruiting team. We will look to you to build out the complete sourcing function.
You will directly partner with Technical Recruiters & Engineering leadership to build the sourcing strategy and find the best talent on the market.
In this role you will:
Work closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization.
Research markets, companies, teams and role types to help drive a consistent pipeline of candidates who are qualified for currently available and upcoming roles.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with top talent in the industry.Innovate and drive diversity sourcing strategies using various tools to help influence sourcing strategy. Utilize creative/effective messaging for your reach outs. Use A/B testing to determine what's working. Plan / facilitate recruiting events on a quarterly basis.
About You:
5+ years of in-house experience
Experience using sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems to identify and engage passive, qualified candidates and manage them through the hiring process.
