Insurance Sales Producer – Outside Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities

As an Insurance Benefits Producer at HUB, you will leverage your local networks to grow business in the voluntary benefits sector.

You will play a key role in expanding the Student Health & Wellness Department and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:
  • Outreach to HUB's college and university database
  • Building relationships to promote the Student Health & Wellness Department
  • Conducting sales and service activities
  • Maximizing client growth and retention
  • Presenting services at prospect meetings
  • Bringing new business prospects to closure
  • Maintaining strong client relationships


Job Requirements

As an Insurance Sales Producer, we seek independent self-starters who can foster strong business relationships.

We are looking for confident professionals with experience in cold-calling and business development.

Requirements include:
  • 3+ years of voluntary benefits experience
  • Preference for Commercial Insurance sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in industry-specific sales is a plus
  • Ability to obtain necessary state licensing within 90 days of hire
  • Strong pressure handling and deadline management skills
  • Effective listening and client needs assessment abilities
