What does a Therapist at Our Organization do?
- Provide crisis intervention, individual, group, conjoint, and family therapy.
- Carry a client caseload within set limits.
- Work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Assess, formulate, and implement clinical assessments and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate clinical case records.
- Participate in professional development activities.
- Ensure service productivity.
- Engage in continuing education and quality assurance activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
An ideal candidate should hold a Master's Degree in Social Work or relevant field related to mental health from an accredited institution.
- Must be registered to practice clinical work in Michigan.
- Prior experience in mental health or human services is preferred.
- Pass a background check.
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficient in using computer systems and applications.
- Preferably bilingual in English and Arabic/Chaldean.
