Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Individual and Group Therapy: Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions to individuals with mental health or co-occurring disorders, promoting positive outcomes and improved quality of life.
  • Conduct Intakes and Treatment Planning: Assess client needs, develop treatment plans, and submit recommendations to ensure effective care.
  • Ensure Regular Assessments and Documentation: Conduct regular assessments, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely billing to support successful entry into Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
  • Crisis Intervention and Conflict Resolution: Provide immediate responses to emergencies, facilitate crisis intervention, and resolve conflicts in a compassionate and professional manner.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with families, staff, and community service providers to deliver high-quality mental health services, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Social Work or Related Field
  • LLMSW or LMSW
  • CAADC is Preferred
  • At Least One Year of Clinical Experience
  • Valid State of Michigan Driver's License and Acceptable Driving Record
