RESPONSIBILITIES
- The RN Lead plays a vital role in supporting the Company's mission by providing essential care management and disease management services to clients and families, aiding in the coordination of care and management of individual patient health needs throughout and post-treatment.
- The Lead RN demonstrates proficiency in assessing, coordinating, planning, monitoring, implementing, and evaluating the patient's care plan while ensuring and facilitating the attainment of quality clinical outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Holding a valid Florida RN license or, for out-of-state residents, a valid multi-state RN license.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Preferred certifications in OCN or Case Management.
- Three (3) years of experience in clinical oncology is a prerequisite.
- Prior experience of at least one (1) year in Care Management or a similar role is advantageous.
- Essential organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in clinical reasoning for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in a timely manner.
- Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in caring for oncology patients and making informed decisions, seeking guidance when necessary.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
