Key Responsibilities
- Under the direction of the director/charge nurse, the RN utilizes the nursing process to facilitate patient care, making nursing assessments and diagnoses, formulating care plans based on the diagnosis, and implementing and evaluating the plan of care.
- Qualifications include a graduate degree from an accredited nursing program, a Florida Registered Nurse License, BLS, ACLS, PALS (as determined by department), and NIH (as determined by department).
- Special skills and qualifications required include the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English, as well as a minimum of 3 years of experience as an RN in an acute critical care setting.
