The Villages Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to serve as a Weekend Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional nursing care to our residents and lead by example in our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:- Provide nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with standards of nursing practice and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Assist in monitoring medication inventory and medical supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Participate in quality improvement activities and contribute to a culture of excellence.
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
- Current state license in Florida as a Registered Nurse.
- One year of related nursing experience preferred.
- Current/active CPR certification.
- Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
