National Spine & Pain Centers is in search of a dedicated Full-Time Registered Nurse to become a vital part of our exceptional team at our surgical facility.


  • Schedule: Monday - Friday (no weekends, holidays, or on-call)
  • Hours: Dayshift, flexible hours
  • Preoperative and Post Anesthesia Care Unit experience is highly desirable

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' preoperative and postoperative conditions at designated intervals in accordance with facility or healthcare organization protocols.
  • Accurately interpret data from various noninvasive and invasive monitoring devices.
  • Monitor and evaluate the patient's recovery progress towards achieving desired outcomes using relevant scoring systems and discharge criteria as outlined by organizational standards.

Requirements

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • A valid Florida Registered Nurse license or Compact State license.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (or the ability to obtain ACLS within 30 days of employment).
  • Proficiency in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and technologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment while demonstrating resourcefulness and initiative.
