§ Oversee job estimations by preparing, reviewing, and understanding project drawings and specifications—including material take offs and pricing.
§ Prepare and review comprehensive proposals, attend project pre-bid meetings, and participate in project qualification presentations.
§ Track historical cost data to analyze for future decision making.
§ Ensure customer expectations are met and any issues resolved.
§ Perform billing procedures monthly concerning all contracts and time and material projects.
§ Work with State and Federal Health and Safety Agencies to ensure project compliance.

Qualifications:
§ 5-10 years' experience as a project manager
§ Proficient in project management software, preferred.
§ Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
§ In-depth understanding of the construction industry
§ Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules.
§ Ability to build solid relationships with team members, vendors, and customers.
