Assistant Account Manager

Welcome to the Amynta Group

We're excited that you're considering joining our team. In this role, you'll be providing crucial support to your Lead Account Manager and Broker(s) in various tasks related to quoting, binding, and processing accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in processing and sending binders & invoices
  • Review and process policies
  • Handle loss runs requests for agents
  • Prepare Statement of Values (SOVs) as needed
  • Enter correspondence into Image Right (paperless database)
  • Track & follow up on endorsement requests
  • Maintain renewal list and prepare submissions well in advance
  • Establish and confirm priorities with your lead account manager
  • Stay informed about Notice of Non-Renewals
  • Develop a strong understanding of key accounts
  • Experience in Property & Casualty insurance and account management is a bonus

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and good at time management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Positive attitude towards customers, markets & fellow employees
