Job Overview

Are you passionate about energy efficiency? We are looking for a Program Manager to oversee energy efficiency projects at PSEG. In this role, you will ensure projects meet all program requirements and are cost-effective.

  • Develop and maintain processes for implementing energy efficiency projects.
  • Interface with associates, vendors, customers, and consultants.
  • Manage program and project QA/QC.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Coordinate vendor and contractor activities.
  • Analyze project data and provide management reports.
  • Assist with special projects when needed.
  • During storm restoration efforts, flexibility in duties may be required.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage processes for energy efficiency projects.
  • Interface with stakeholders to ensure project effectiveness.
  • Perform program and project QA/QC.
  • Analyze project data and provide status reports.
  • Manage customer relationships.
  • Ensure safety compliance among vendors and employees.

Qualifications
  • B.S. Degree with 5 years of related experience.
  • Experience in milestone-based payments and financial forecasting.
  • Knowledge of energy efficiency measures and implementation.
  • Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Commitment to process improvement and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with energy efficiency frameworks.
  • Ability to travel and a valid US driver's license.

Desired Skills
  • Vendor management and invoicing experience.
  • Building Performance Institute Certifications.
  • Certified Energy Manager designation.
