Your Role as an Automotive Collision Estimator

Begin your day as an Automotive Collision Estimator by promptly welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, and offering exceptional customer care.

Following the assessment, you will elucidate the repair process to customers, covering insurance claims, payment procedures, repair methods, and delivery timelines.

Moreover, you will cultivate positive relationships with insurance representatives, dealerships, and fleet clients, ensuring all involved parties are kept up to date on repair progress.

Emphasizing quality assurance, you will meticulously inspect all completed repairs before vehicle delivery, participate in daily release meetings, and manage other assigned tasks.

Our auto body repair team relies on your expertise to deliver the exceptional services our company is recognized for.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Proficiency in damage analysis, hybrid vehicles, restraint systems, electrical systems, and identification of hail, theft, and vandalism damage.
  • Knowledge of collision management systems (ABSe and Mitchell Repair Center), estimating software (ADP, Mitchell, and CCC-1), and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Strongly preferred Bachelor's degree.
  • Completion of I-CAR training or equivalent industry-related training.
